| Basic analysis is free of charge if data recovery service is performed in our company after it. If the client resigns from analysis during performing it, or resigns from any further services (if analysis states that it is possible to recover the data) before performing any data recovery, is obligated to pay 150 PLN (net). In case of resignation during data recovery process, the client will be charged as for full data recovery service. |

| Analysis is performed for determining a type of damage, recovery costs and estimated recovery time. Charge for operations performed for determining above elements does not obligate us to starting immediate recovery process after acceptation of presented analysis results. Immediate start of recovery process, right after acceptation of analysis results, is another item in the price list of MiP Data Recovery. |
